The living room offers comfortable seating and opens directly to a private screened patio with lake and pool views, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen is updated and functional, with everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room and provides seating for casual dining. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with two twin beds, ideal for family or guests, and has easy access to the second full bathroom. A pull-out sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space when needed. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience, along with elevator access to the third floor. Every space is arranged with attention to detail to ensure a clean, comfortable, and easy stay - whether you’re here for a long weekend or an extended visit.

House Rules at a Glance Welcome to Beach Tyme Retreat. Please treat the condo with care and respect so that every guest can enjoy a clean, safe, and relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance. Guest registration and occupancy Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. All guests staying in the condo must be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host before arrival. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. ID may be requested at check-in. Resort access and fee Park Shore Resort charges a separate $115 resort fee, paid directly to the resort at the front desk at check-in. This fee is not collected by the host and covers your entire stay, regardless of length of stay or amount of amenity use. Resort and amenity rules Please follow all posted resort rules for the pool, hot tub/spa, grills, gym, parking, trash/recycling, and common areas. Children may not swim unsupervised. Pool towels are provided in the condo. Quiet hours and neighbor courtesy Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of neighbors and other resort guests. No parties or events Parties, unauthorized gatherings, events, or loud celebrations are not permitted. No smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the screened lanai. A $300 cleaning fee applies for violations. No pets Guests and renters are not permitted to bring pets onto the property, per Park Shore Resort rules. Parking Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. Guests must obtain and display any required parking pass from the front desk. Trailers, RVs, commercial vehicles, and oversized vehicles may be restricted or prohibited by resort rules. Common areas Please do not hang towels, clothing, or other items from the lanai, balcony, railings, or exterior areas. Personal belongings should not be left in walkways or common areas. Safety and security Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the condo. This helps maintain security and prevents rain or water damage. No candles, open flames, or fireworks are allowed. Children should never be left unsupervised in the condo, pool area, or resort common areas. Maintenance issues Please contact the host right away if any maintenance issue comes up. A maintenance service is available if needed. If entry is required to fix an issue, advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Owner’s closet There is one locked owner’s closet in the family room. Please do not attempt to access it. Power outages If there is a power outage, please contact the host before touching the control panel, which is located in the rear of the kitchen. Damage or breakage Accidents happen. Please let the host know right away if anything is damaged or broken so it can be repaired or replaced. Check-out reminders Before leaving, please: Leave the sheets on the beds. Load and start the dishwasher. Take all trash to the designated trash/recycling area. Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Liability Guests use the condo, resort amenities, and common areas at their own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
