We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Best View Sunset Condo. The condo was lovely and looked exactly as it did in the photos. Kelly clearly paid great attention to detail when furnishing the apartment, providing everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Her communication before and during our visit was excellent, and she responded within minutes whenever we had a question. The condo is conveniently located near shopping and is just a short drive from beautiful beaches. I would not hesitate to recommend her unit!

A beautiful, clean cabin that was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends! Gorgeous views, and very peaceful. Kelly was a great host, very proactive in reaching out! We would definitely stay there again!

OUTSTANDING host and location! Exactly as described and a ton of top-notch amenities (pool, lazy river, great gym and spa, restaurants, etc.). In addition, the location was unbeatable being so close to downtown Naples, Tin City and a ton of places to relax and grab a great meal. I would highly recommend Kelly's place!

Queremos súper recomendar este alojamiento. Pasamos una estadía hermosa en familia, realmente disfrutamos cada momento. El lugar es muy lindo, cómodo y con una ubicación ideal, justo enfrente de la piscina, lo cual suma muchísimo.
Nos encantó la decoración y lo bien equipado que está todo, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además, el horario de check-in y check-out fue muy flexible, algo que valoramos mucho.
Pero sobre todo queremos destacar la amabilidad de Kelly y su excelente predisposición durante toda nuestra estadía. Siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos.
Sin dudas, si volvemos, nos encantaría hospedarnos nuevamente aquí.

We loved the house. There was something for everyone—great for families with multiple generations (children, teens, adults, grandparents)….theater, game room, hot tub. Beautiful views from the balconies on both levels, very quiet peaceful location, walking distance to community centre with fishing pod and nature trails. The house is also very well stocked with plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed at Beach Tyme, and honestly it is hard to beat.
The view from the balcony is hard to beat - wide open and across the canal and the pool. The perfect place to enjoy the morning coffee or a peaceful sunset.
It really feels like one of the best spots in the entire complex.
Kelly has thought of every possible need for her guests:
We used the ice chest, beach towels and beach wagon every day - super convenient and saved us from buying extra beach items.
Everything was clean and properly placed, well thought out and easy.
The amenities were a big bonus too. The pickle ball courts were a highlight of the stay and of course there were paddles and pickle
balls in the condo for guest use.
We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful Easter weekend stay at Kelly’s place. The house was immaculate and full of fun amenities— the movie theater, gaming room, hot tub, the little house under the stairs! We felt right at home. Kelly was super responsive with all our questions and she was proactive in sharing the information we needed in advance.
The view was lovely and the rooms were all large with cozy linens and blankets. There are a multitude of TVs for everyone’s interests. And many tables for puzzles and games. We had a large group and enjoyed being able to all eat together at the big dining table.
If you do have a baby or toddler new to stairs, I would bring or rent a large gate or barricade. The stairs to the lower level are one straight decline and we had to keep a close eye on our toddler to ensure they didn’t take a tumble.
We would definitely come back again!

We loved staying here. The location was great and the amenities at the club were wonderful. The condo was lovely, well appointed and the kitchen had everything you would need. The owner was very responsive and made our visit worry free.

Kelly was the most responsive host we have ever experienced. She was quick to respond and was very helpful. The condo was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. Kelly really thought of everything a vacationer would need, from the labeled baskets (Umbrellas, personal items, first aid kit, etc) in the hallway closet to all the beach necessities one would need for a great day at the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Kelly’s place with our four-month-old baby. The apartment was updated and nicely decorated. The pool and gym facilities were also great. Kelly was a wonderful host - she always responded quickly and went above and beyond by ordering sheets for the pack and play for our baby and helping our friends give us a welcome gift.
