Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. - Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with easy access to a second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. - Additional Sleeping Space: Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. -A comfortable workstation with desk and chair are also provided. -Full size washer/dryer are in the unit. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area: The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a cozy dining area. Kitchen is fully stocked with: -Drip and single use coffee maker, toaster, blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils and much more... This unit is in a gated community with a dedicated, covered, parking spot. There is additional unassigned guest parking as well.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, our property is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We do not make exceptions based on weather, illness or other emergencies. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. My husband and I had a lovely stay at Kelly’s place with our four-month-old baby. The apartment was updated and nicely decorated. The pool and gym facilities were also great. Kelly was a wonderful host - she always responded quickly and went above and beyond by ordering sheets for the pack and play for our baby and helping our friends give us a welcome gift.

Kelly’s condo is exactly as the pictures look. It actually is a bit bigger than I was expecting and the two bed two bath layout is great, even if one couple stays. Wha I loved most was the club and having access to pools as well as the 5th Avenue South restraints and shops. We rented bikes and went into town. Every morning we drove 5 mins to Naples Beach and took a morning walk, then went out to breakfast in one of the local cafes. The club and the location near the beach are valuable assets that are worth the money you pay for this condo in Naples.

Had a 3 generation girls trip. Grandma, mom and granddaughter. A welcoming place to enjoy being together. Amenities were great. Shuttle service to beach including chairs, towels & umbrella made it super easy, visiting 5th and 3rd Avenues great too without having to worry about traffic getting there. Our cottage super clean, comfortable and welcoming. Had everything we needed. Also enjoyed pool, restaurant service and massages at the spa.

We loved our stay! The amenities were amazing and the walkable restaurants were incredible! Everything was so wonderful and clean. Kelly was so fast to respond and the process felt smooth! It’s also super close to 5th ave and tons of stuff to do close by!

First of all, Kelly was an amazing host. Always reacting quickly to all of our questions. She also checks in from time to time if there's anything she can do to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation itself is great. Right away we felt at home & the interiors are really cosy. There are also a lot of functional & thoughtful accessories all over the home. Big plus is that the home is located in a gated community with good amenities. We felt safe at all times & the parking right in front of the home is very convenient. Also the gym is very adequately equipped & we made us of it almost every day. Overall, this was our best stay on Airbnb so far! Highly recommended!
