Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. - Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with easy access to a second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. - Additional Sleeping Space: Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. -A comfortable workstation with desk and chair are also provided. -Full size washer/dryer are in the unit. 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area: The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a cozy dining area. Kitchen is fully stocked with: -Drip and single use coffee maker, toaster, blender, Kitchenaid stand mixer, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, utensils and much more... This unit is in a gated community with a dedicated, covered, parking spot. There is additional unassigned guest parking as well.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Please respect these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare Naples Bay Retreat for the next guests. Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for all, our property is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. We do not make exceptions based on weather, illness or other emergencies. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
